He chose Mass this morning to display this talent. Loudly. Over and over. People were looking over at us and starting to giggle, which just egged him on some more.
At least everyone had shoes on.

You know, when I hear that story about someone *else's* kid it is amusing and endearing.
If *my* kid were the one burping at Mass I would want to crawl under the pew and cry. But it is amusing.
I've always wished I could burp on command. I like the burp-speak combination and would love to try, just once, responding in a burp-speak while receiving Communion.
It would be fun, just once. But then I would worry I'd be stuck in Hell for all of eternity.
Hey, maybe your kid can do that for me, once he makes his First Communion.
Better start teaching him the Hail Mary so he can get say his penance.
Oh wow, that gave me a good chuckle! Sometimes Kayle burps (or farts) and blames it on me! She thinks it's hilarious, and I don't know how she learned such a thing because she's only 21 months!
ahhhhh...the joy of motherhood!
thanks for your kind comments...you're the greatest friend a blogger could ever have!
Ya gotta do what ya gotta do to keep church entertaining. :)
