Nine

It blows me away, but this handsome guy is 9 years old today.  He has the distinction of having the most poorly planned labor and birth of all my boys-- I went into labor at about 8 pm and had him at 6 am.  He kept me up all night then and has kept us on our toes ever since!

Vinnie is a man with many talents.  Before Vinnie I had spent oodles of money on all different types of crayons to try and get Zachary, and then Joey interested in coloring and drawing.  Fat ones, thin ones, glitter ones and glow in the dark ones.  Nope.  Neither of them would bother with it.

 But Vinnie loved coloring and now loves to draw!  He is creative and actually pretty good, I think.

One of his comic heroes, Diaper Man.  Yes, it is a bit of a rip off of Captain Underpants.  Give him a break--he was only 8!

 He likes to draw comic strips.  They are actually pretty funny!  He calls himself "VA Comics" VA stands for Vinnie is awesome.   Lol

I love how he was able to draw the snake above winding around the twig.  He just seems to get perspective.

I love the colors in the above picture.

The above is another one of his comic book characters "Uzi Cat".  He came up with that one after I mentioned that Pablo (our cat who is ridiculously tolerant of Vinnie's constant handling) was going to snap one of these days and come after Vinnie with an Uzi.

Vinnie, life is never a dull moment with you around!  Happy birthday!!
