I would imagine your name would go to the potentially dangerous file at CPS since there is a smiley face after the statement.
No smiley probably would have sent you to the top of the imminent danger list.
So it looks like you have a couple months to pack your belongings and leave town.
Quick like a bunny! (That's what I tell my kids when I want them to hurry up.)
